Description

The post holder will have specific responsibilities for managing the team of admin and medical secretaries, PALS complaints, admin and medical staffing rota, HR/Annual Leaves management and medical staff recruitment within the Department.

The post holder will provide an efficient channel of communication between medical staff, GPs, patients, relatives, members of the public and other disciplines within the Trust.

You will be required to work independently, without direct supervision, using their initiative with regards to actions and/or decisions necessary and applying a high degree of confidentiality to all their work.

Good Understanding of validation and patients pathway flows, Clinical office management including, arranging meetings and taking minutes during meetings.
