A new and exciting position for a Payroll & HR Officer to join a prestigious school based in South West London.

This is a permanent position.

A reputable and prestigious school located in South West London.


Description
The successful Payroll & HR Officer will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the payroll and pension administration for the entire school
  • First point of contact for all payroll, pension, benefits enquiries
  • Providing support on sickness absence management and low level employee relations cases
  • Administering the onboarding process; DBS checks, right to work, references etc
  • HR project work.

Profile

The successful Payroll & HR Officer must have:

  • Experience of overseeing a payroll function
  • Experience of working within a school would be desirable
  • Experience of some HR.
