Description
The successful Payroll & HR Officer will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the payroll and pension administration for the entire school
- First point of contact for all payroll, pension, benefits enquiries
- Providing support on sickness absence management and low level employee relations cases
- Administering the onboarding process; DBS checks, right to work, references etc
- HR project work.
Profile
The successful Payroll & HR Officer must have:
- Experience of overseeing a payroll function
- Experience of working within a school would be desirable
- Experience of some HR.
