Asset Management firm are looking for a Lead PMO to join a crucial programme of work. - the largest transformation programme that LGIM has ever undergone.

They need someone with an Asset Management background, who can provide guidance and leadership across the PMO team. Experience on migration projects would be ideal.


Key duties:

  • Assist programme management across the workstreams to increase the quality of plans, progress, risks, issues, dependency tracking and reporting, inorder to get the required consistency.
  • Help to collate management information packs
  • Attend standups representing central programme team.
  • Support junior staff within the PMO working on the project
  • Act as a central contact point on the programme for Audit and QA queries.

Ideal skills:

  • Lead PMO/ Consultant with Asset Management experience
  • Experience on very large transformation programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Positive attitude towards change within a diverse and evolving environment.
  • Articulate with excellent communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team ethic and a positive attitude to working collaboratively.
