Applicants are invited for the post of Professor of Immunology at the University of Manchester.


We are looking to appoint an internationally-leading immunologist, to support and provide leadership in this strategically important discipline and increase the capability of the School to respond to strategic funding calls in this area.

The interplay between host immune processes, pathogens and commensals that underpin the pathology of diverse inflammatory disorders and infectious disease are central themes of many groups in Manchester.

These themes are strongly supported by the Lydia Becker Institute of Immunology and Inflammation and more broadly within the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health.
