Cleaner Position - Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B74

We are seeking a professional Cleaner with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and who holds a current DBS certificate, for our premises located in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B74.

This position is a temporary to permanent role, ideal for someone looking to establish a long-term position within a supportive and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning across various premises.
Maintain cleanliness in all areas with a high level of attention to detail.
Manage waste disposal and recycling in line with company policies.
Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletry items as necessary.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Report any damages, security breaches, or hazards observed on the premises.
Work efficiently to complete all tasks within the allocated time.

Days/Hours Required:

Monday to Friday: 2 hours daily, from 07:00 to 09:00.
No work on Saturdays and Sundays.
Total of 10 hours per week.

Pay Rate:

- £10.90 per hour.

Contract Type:

Temporary to permanent role.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a cleaning role.
A valid DBS certificate.
Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual.
Good physical condition and stamina.
