Pool Attendant

Duties:

Monitor and ensure the safety of all pool guests
Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool area, including restocking supplies and removing trash
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking chemical levels and cleaning pool furniture
Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents that occur in the pool area

Experience:

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently
Knowledge of basic pool safety procedures and first aid is a plus but not essential as full training will be given
This is an outdoor pool so must be able to work in outdoor conditions and stand for extended periods of time
