Engineering Project Manager, Oxfordshire, £60,000 - £65,000.


This is a new role where, as Engineering Project Manager you can make a difference This Engineering Project Manager role is influencing and developing the design of the plant, engineering services and facilities, as well as, delivering engineering projectssetup to achieve business benefits.

The Project Manager will also be required to successfully project manage maintenance solutions to improve reliability and the efficient running of the plant.


The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for:
Lead the engineering projects.
Manage the design and delivery of capital projects and initiatives to support service to the customers and stakeholders
Develop an effective budget and achieve budgetary control
Proven track record of ability to lead, inspire, challenge, empower and develop staff

The successful Engineering Project Manager will have:
Proven management experience gained ideally in fast paced, food processing/manufacturing environment but other industry environments will also be considered
A relevant engineering qualification to HND level or apprentice trained with proven experience
Electrically biased with working knowledge of PLCs and Servo drives
Safety knowledge - IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)
Commercially literate, can develop an effective budget and achieve budgetary control
