Description

A leading global automaker and provider of innovative mobility solutions are looking to recruit a full time finance administrator to ensure the timely payment and sales allowances on a project expected to last until end of March 2023.

This is a remote role with the requirement to travel to the Luton or Coventry office occasionally.


Role Profile

  • Support the business through ensuring that incentive payments are administered on time and in a timely manner.
  • To complete campaign setup, checking campaigns and error reporting.
  • Investigation of data errors and anomalies.
  • Key point of contact for commercial finance teams.
  • Assist in processing historical payments associated with the outgoing system environment.
  • Support business partners through providing data and insight.
  • To undertake any other duties of a similar nature as required.
  • To support with UAT test case preparation and execution.
  • Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
  • A high degree of attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using excel and be highly competent in numeracy skills.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Quick learner
