Our client is seeking a talented individual to support their Studio Director and contribute to a vibrant studio environment.

In this varied and dynamic role, you will need excellent prioritisation skills and a fantastic work ethic.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the studio, working alongside talented professionals in a collaborative and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Studio Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in working order.
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating studio events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients as required.
  • Assist with projectrelated tasks, such as document preparation, research, and data entry.
  • Contribute to the overall studio culture and help create a positive and productive working environment.

Requirements:


  • Highly organized, selfmotivated, approachable, and helpful.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
