About The Role:

We're looking for outstanding Customer Service Advisors to join our award winning customer service team for a
6 month contract

You'll be:


  • Providing customers with information which is complete, accurate and uptodate
  • Resolving customer complaints on a firsttouch basis
  • Taking full ownership of queries and following them through to a successful outcome.
  • Meeting agreed productivity requirements such as call time availability, and processing customer requests accurately so the quality is right first time.
  • Working 35 hours per week, fulltime
  • Our Smart Working Policy is all about flexibility and giving our colleagues the best of both worlds. There will, however, be requirement to be in the offices in Andover regularly so we are looking for people who want to work hybrid, combining remote working with travel to the office once a week.

About You:

***- Whether you have direct experience within a call centre environment, or you're looking to join a fantastic team and start a career in Customer Service, we are looking for people who have a passion for giving customers a great experience and easier access to their healthcare needs.
You'll need

  • The ability to deliver a consistently positive customer experience, even under pressure
  • Microsoft Office and digital skills
  • Data input or admin experience with accuracy in processing customer requests
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A track record of exceeding customer expectations and going the extra mile to resolve all queries or concerns
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in complaint handling and resolution
