**Service Supervision Specialist

LOCATION - Leeds, LS27


SALARY - £25000/£28000+ DOE


HOURS:


  • Monday to Friday

JOB TYPE - Full time, permanent

Venatu has the pleasure to recruit for the Service Co-Ordinator role for our well-established Equipment Manufacturer in Leeds. We are looking for someone to provide high-quality support to their great team.

You'll be mainly responsible for planning and arranging call outs, maintenance works, Installs, projects and remedial works.


ROLE SPECIFICATION

  • Provide customers with both pre and postsales support in an efficient and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships and continually promote the Company values and reputation.
  • Reflect a customerfocused culture in all aspects of communication
  • Ensuring all documentation is promptly sent to customers, accurately demonstrates the company's professional outlook and complies with the company standards

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Booking and coordinating all servicerelated works efficiently
  • Raising requisitions and ensuring service engineers are adequately equipped for each site visit
  • Providing Service Engineers with all relevant information required for each site visit
  • Updating and maintaining all service records and processes
  • Supporting the creation of all necessary customer documents in line with Health and safety standards i.e. RAMS
  • Ensuring customers receive a firstclass service to the best of the Company's capabilities
  • Act as an interface between customers and subcontractors to ensure the smooth running of any third party works
  • Supporting the administration of quotations for PPM Contracts / Installs / Callouts and required parts
  • Liaising with the Sales Admin team to ensure works are invoiced accordingly
  • Investigating and resolving servicerelated customer matters
  • Build an ongoing understanding of customers' individual requirements, ensuring an efficient, professional service is delivered.
  • Adequately training new members of the Service Admin team
