Sales Ledger Assistant - hybrid options after probation period successfully completed

South Oxfordshire - Must be a car driver

8am to 5.30pm
My client, an Oxfordshire based SME is looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join their team.

Working as part of the Finance team, the Sales Ledger Assistant will play an integral role in a fast-paced working environment, providing support to the existing finance team and the wider business.


Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring and maintenance of the Accounts Receivable Outlook Inbox
  • Investigating Customer queries and providing acceptable solutions in a timely manner
  • Preparing and issuing monthly contracted invoices
  • Preparing and issuing adhoc invoices as required
  • Ensure monthly invoices are processed in a timely manner
  • Cross training to cover Purchase Ledger
  • Providing support to the wider team as and when required

Skill Requirements

  • Practical experience in Sales and Purchase Ledger would be advantageous
  • Ability to communicate at different levels
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good allround IT Skills, including excel
  • Good understanding of the requirement for confidentiality
  • AAT part/fully qualified or equivalent (QBE Considered)
