What I'm responsible for:

Role expectations

You as the Core Network Delivery Project Coordinator at Truespeed will need to be able to understand the business needs to fulfil customer demand for fast internet access and the challenge to organise the delivery teams to deliver against this need. That means you will be responsible for ensuring that the work being delivered by the team on the ground is in line with our Core Network, Cabinet and Backhaul Programme, escalating any divergence. To do this, you will need to be detailed oriented with good communication verbal and written skills plus very adept at using communication and Project Management tools.
Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our Core Network projects are delivered on time as directed by the Network Development & Delivery Manager. You will be the goto person for everything involving the project's organisation and timeline and will reflect this in a regular communication that'll be used to bring the rest of the business and the SLT along on the journey.
You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

You'll be responsible for:

Coordinating all key delivery tasks for Core Network, Passive & Active Network installation, testing and delivery to live.
Producing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and tasks allocated to enable the delivery of every project on time within budget and scope.
Coordinate all activities with 3rd parties delivering leased services ensuring they are on track to deliver against Programme objectives, escalate any potential risks to the Network Development & Delivery Manager.
Regularly communicate progress and achievements.
Document and highlight project risks and mitigations.
Helping to embed a delivery mentality into all teams involved in achieving our set business targets.
