A unique opportunity has arisen to work within the Sunniside.

The role would consist of all general housekeeping duties which include providing and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and the provision of food.

The individual would have to be energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated, while possessing the ability to work both independently and part of a team in a busy environment.

The necessary training would be provided on appointment.

Ensuring the appropriate stock levels, reporting any issues that require maintenance and the preservation of equipment. Ultimately, to deliver a safe and supportive environment that is fit for purpose.

Based in the North East of England we provide a range of hospital and community health services from our leading facilities, including the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Blaydon urgent care centre and Bensham Hospital, all within Gateshead.

Established in 2005, we were one of the first foundation trusts in the country and since then have consistently achieved the highest levels of care for patients.

We now employ around 4,800 staff and currently provide 444 hospital beds across the Gateshead region.
