Goldhawk Associates are working with an international firm of accountants who are looking to appoint a Corporate Finance Professional to work in their Mid-Kent office.

Reporting to the Director this role would suit a qualified accountant with experiencein the corporate finance arena or someone looking to move into this area as a specialism from an audit background.

They would also consider an ACA/ACCA Qualified, with experience in accounts preparation and a demonstrable passion, enthusiasm, and drive topursue a career in corporate finance.

You will be working with a very varied client base and supporting projects such as due diligence, mergers, and acquisitions,MBOs, etc.

Supporting clients with acquisitions and disposal of businesses, gathering information, liaising with clients, and providing services such as completing business plans, transaction support assignments, forecasts, etc.

As an Executive in the Corporate Finance team, you will be responsible for the completion of transaction support assignments, business plans, information memorandums, forecasts, and more to deliver effective and relevant reporting to your clients to aim theirbusiness decisions.

You will work closely with clients to gather this information and ensure they are kept up to date with progress.

The wider team will all work together to meet deadlines together and ensure the client transaction is delivered efficiently.

It is essential that you can work well with both internal and external business partners as you will be working closely with both, and it is key that you are able to build strong relationships.
