We are looking for an experienced site manager, fully conversant in all aspects of construction to complete a partially built site which we have just purchased.

The applicant must be very much a hands-on team leader with a trade,.

  • Manage and supervise a team of workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of project
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and abilities
  • Monitor the progress of projects and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with other departments or contractors to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of construction or related industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project management

Salary:
£1,000.00-£1,200.00 per week
