About Our Client:

The client is a charity.

**The Personal assistant will be
- *
  • Preparing for Board and Committee meetings.
  • Prepare packs for Board meetings.
  • Arrange flights, visas, hotel bookings and expenses for Board members.
  • Organise and monitor CEO's monthly expenses.
  • Book meeting rooms or external venues for meetings.
  • Take minutes of meetings as and when needed.
  • Manage the calendar of the CEO
  • To deal with and support other general administrative matters, as agreed
  • To provide backup to the Executive Business Partner

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Personal assistant will have-

  • Experience working as in a similar PA role
  • Significant experience in organising meetings
  • Experience in organising complex international travel
  • Ability to exercise discretion, and strong judgement and to take appropriate actions
  • Good communication skills and able to work well within a team.

What's on Offer:

The Personal assistant will receive
- £32,000-£38,000 Pro rota (months)

  • 9 months FTC
  • 4 days, 20 hours part time
  • 1 day a week in the office (Waterloo) 3 from home.
