Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Estates division for the role of Craftsperson - Mechanical / Electrical.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and management skills together with relevent trade experience and qualifications.

Be responsible for carrying out maintenance of the Trusts assets through undertaking directed duties assigned by the Works Officers and Scheduler.

Undertake installation work in-line with trade qualifications and experience.

Support the wider Estates team by providing multi skilled trade capabilities for minor works including electrical, mechanical and building related tasks.

Undertake unsupervised routine maintenance work and repairs in line with your trades / professions.

Carry out such duties as may be delegated by the Technicians, Works Officers or Scheduler, should be able to work amicably with all other trades, and should be willing to assist other trades if required.

Undertake continuous professional development and training to enhance and improve skills, capabilities and crafts / engineering knowledge.
