Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£22,000 - £24,000 (OTE £30,000 - £35,000)


Job Type:
Permanent, Full-Time


Location:
Lichfield

Hours: 7.30am - 5.00pm (Monday to Friday during term time)

10.00am - 4.00pm (Monday to Friday outside of term time)

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Engage in a fastpaced, salesoriented role
  • Manage both inbound and outbound enquiries
  • Gather detailed information on available vacancies
  • Work towards and achieve set targets

Skills and Experience:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales or customer service experience is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently in a targetdriven environment
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ambitious and selfmotivated individuals are highly desired
