HR ADMINISTRATOR ABOUT THE ROLE
The HR departments provide support and advice to all Managers and Directors across the company.

The purpose of this post is to support the HR team with the day to day administration duties.

Salary - £20400


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Undertake all word processing requirements, e.g. letters, reports, data processing etc.
  • Maintain and update excel spreadsheets and administration systems
  • Maintain a manual filing system
  • Answer the telephone and relay messages reliably
  • Take on any duties required to effectively support the HR department

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
