40 minutes agoWe are an established and growing recruitment business with headquarters based in Reading and have an immediate opening for a Marketing Apprentice to join our team. Perhaps you're looking to start a career in marketing, or you have some experience already and want some freedom to flourish

Working as part of a small, friendly team, you will provide marketing support to the business including:

Support marketing with internal events, including annual awards, reward trips, charity and Christmas.
Administration of our job board platform, providing support and guidance to consultants.
Design & production of physical and digital marketing collateral.
Work with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm new inbound campaigns & strategies.
Monitor in bound inboxes and channels, engaging and forwarding onto teams where needed.

Other admin duties will include:

Taking and directing business calls.
Ordering and distribution of promotional items for our network of offices.
Administration of customer loyalty scheme.
Responsibility for post and organisation of couriers.

What we're looking for:

Passion for marketing and creativity. Keen to learn and develop their skills, all of course with appropriate training and tasks.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Team player, comfortable working with multiple sales teams.
Ability to work under own initiative and work to deadlines.
Basic understanding of marketing would be beneficial. This includes branding, print work, marketing principles, social media and digital engagement.

GCSE English and Maths (grades 4-9 preferred)
