Description

Senior User Researcher - Customer Engagement/Cards sought by leading retail bank based in the city of London.

Inside IR3- Umbrella only - Hybrid working 2 days a week onsite.

Ideally looking for:

Someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience specifically as a UX Researcher or Design researcher
Ideally we want someone who has been involved in strategic, longer term projects, and used to working with project owners or project managers to clarify the project roadmap, in order to align the research roadmap to it
Looking for a researcher who has mainly got experience conducting qualitative research (both in the generative and evaluative space) but has some experience with quantitative methods too
Someone who has had experience in financial services/retail banking would also be beneficial
