Are you looking to join a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment with strong earning potential?

Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for a Telephone Collections Agent to join a well-established collections business based in Truro, Cornwall, on a permanent basis.

Telephone experience preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

If you have experience in Customer Service, Sales, Retail, Estate Agency, Recruitment, Finance, Telesales, or Complaint Handling, we would love to hear from you as you may have the transferable skills we are looking for

The purpose of the role will be to call debtors of energy and utility companies and help recover payments.

Due to the nature of the role, the successful applicant will need to bring a high level of resilience and tenacity, however full training will be provided and our client prides themselves on creating an energetic, positive and supportive working environment.

Hours:
Monday through Friday, 09:00 - 17:30, with one out of every three Saturdays worked, 09:00 - 13:00.

Pay and Rewards:

Wage whilst training £11ph, moving up to £12.50ph once complete weeks).
Significant opportunity to increase your base rate up to £25ph.
Competitive commissionbased reward structure in addition to salary. OTE £45,000+.
All expenses paid company events such as a yearly holiday and other allexpenses paid recreational trips.
Regular adhoc incentives alongside commission structure.
3rd party training courses.
