My client is a London based property investment and development group which owns and manages over 1,000,000 square feet of prime office, retail, hotel and leisure space in London and the USA.

They run and operate our their in-house coworking and serviced operation, to provide space for start-ups and growing businesses.

They are looking for a Sales Administrator to be based in their Hammersmith location.


The Sales Administrator role is to support and work with the Sales, Asset & Marketing teams in generating new business across their clients portfolio.

The Sales Administrator will assist in generating direct enquiries, deals and revenue by taking a proactive approach to managing, planning and closing business.


As a sales professional, the Sales Administrator is expected to help achieve and or exceed defined sales targets and metrics, such as pipeline management, activity rates; calls/meetings/visits, conversion ratios, deal volumes resulting in a high rate of sales with a good margin.


The Sales Administrator is to manage the online and initial administration of incoming leads and manage them via the company CRM as well as working with the property marketing team to ensure that internal websites, marketing, as well as partnering listings and portals are up to date and highly visible for potential clients.

They will also be supporting the Community Teams with new ideas and initiatives to aid sales.


Main Duties:


  • Continue to develop and maintain existing relationships with partnering agents and broker partners to ensure they have what they need to generate sales leads.
  • To work with broker site developers, portals, and their internal Marketing teams to ensure all listings, offers, pricing and availability is live and promoted.
  • To upload and manage all incoming leads onto CRM, to ensure clear and accurate information is presented.
  • To administer workflows within CRM to manage existing workflows and to also target market closed opportunities.
  • To support the Head Of Sales and Asset teams on viewings.
  • To strategize with the Head Of Sales, Marketing and Asset team plans for increasing direct lead flow.
  • Be able to present and report monthly on incoming and lost opportunities.
  • To identify opportunities to work with existing and local businesses / organisations to increase brand and awareness.
  • To attend and contribute to sales meetings in order to provide insight to market conditions and assist with company sales strategy.
  • Executes a call strategy aimed at: commercial property agents, 3rd party contacts, local companies, brokers and local partnerships in order to generate new business.
  • Ensures cohesive communication and delivery of contract within local team in order to create a seamless transition for the prospect becoming a customer.
  • Develops a high level of real estate and territory knowledge within all the following areas: competition, industry segments, market segments, target companies.
  • To support and carry out viewings of serviced, managed and leased properties.
  • A minimum of 3 previous experience in a similar role
  • MS Office proficient.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English in both verbal and written.
  • Track record of overachieving quota.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good organisation stills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Experienced at presenting to groups of prospects.
  • Proven success in self lead generation and business development
  • Previous experience of brandresponsibility and acting as a key representative spokesperson of the company
  • Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to network at a high level and build strong business relationships.
  • Proven objection handling, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to work the hours required to solicit new leads, contact prospects, and ultimately convert prospects to customers.
  • Customer service focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations.
  • Intuitive and interested in other people.
  • Organised and able to prioritise work activity.

£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
