Town Planner

A multidisciplinary planning consultancy who specialise in town planning and sustainable planning design are now looking for an associate or an Town Planner join them in their Bedford office.

The Company

The successful Town Planner will join an established, national company offering services across Land Development, Urban Planning, Feasibility Studies, Mixed-use, social housing and more.

The Town Planner will join a team of around 15 people.

The Town Planner

The Town Planner will be required to:
Promote large scale development projects
Appeals for various development types
Local Plan representations
Strong analytical and presentation skills
3+ years' experience (public or private sector are both acceptable)
Relevant degree
RTPI, or working towards accreditation
Proactive and organised
Time management skills
Driving license and car

£30,000 - £35,000
