What you'll be doing:

To deliver effective internal communications advice, planning and activity to the company across different functions as part of the Internal Communications team.- Meeting any deadlines for delivery of communication materials and make sure all relevant teams have the right content in a timely manner.

Creating content in a variety of formats including digital, video and print.
Making sure all communications is measured for its effectiveness and incorporate lessons learned into future plans.
Attending all related meetings and keep the relevant comms teams informed about any actions/outcomes.
Being the primary point of contact for any communications inquiries regarding a project or campaign.
Making sure delivery of any communications plan is on target and any changes are communicated to the relevant parties.
Work with the?wider communications team?to develop and deliver joinedup comms and engagement strategies.
Developing a comprehensive and effective plan for comms that caters for all impacted parties of the business.
Engaging with and be the liaison point for the project or campaign team, and the relevant communications team.
Creating and leading working groups for projects and campaigns consisting of relevant communications team members.

What you should bring to the role:

Must have strong interpersonal skills.?
Must have a high standard of verbal and written English.
Must be fully competent at using the appropriate company IT systems and office software.
Previous experience of communications and campaign handling ?typically?minimum 23?years' experience.?
Experience with digital channels and digital communications
