What you'll be doing:


To deliver effective internal communications advice, planning and activity to the company across different functions as part of the Internal Communications team.- Meeting any deadlines for delivery of communication materials and make sure all relevant teams have the right content in a timely manner.


  • Creating content in a variety of formats including digital, video and print.
  • Making sure all communications is measured for its effectiveness and incorporate lessons learned into future plans.
  • Attending all related meetings and keep the relevant comms teams informed about any actions/outcomes.
  • Being the primary point of contact for any communications inquiries regarding a project or campaign.
  • Making sure delivery of any communications plan is on target and any changes are communicated to the relevant parties.
  • Work with the?wider communications team?to develop and deliver joinedup comms and engagement strategies.
  • Developing a comprehensive and effective plan for comms that caters for all impacted parties of the business.
  • Engaging with and be the liaison point for the project or campaign team, and the relevant communications team.
  • Creating and leading working groups for projects and campaigns consisting of relevant communications team members.

What you should bring to the role:

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills.?
  • Must have a high standard of verbal and written English.
  • Must be fully competent at using the appropriate company IT systems and office software.
  • Previous experience of communications and campaign handling ?typically?minimum 23?years' experience.?
  • Experience with digital channels and digital communications
