£23,000 starting salary

  • Modern offices in Moreton in Marsh
  • Monday to Friday 9am 5pm
  • No evenings or weekends
My client is looking for a proactive customer service professional to join there team.

You don't need to have previous office experience to be a good fit for this opportunity, just have customer service experience, gained in any environment, solid IT skills and a problem-solving approach.

In this varied role, you will be fully supported to learn the company products and services, allowing you to become fully proficient at:

  • Advising customers over the phone
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Spotting opportunities to offer customers additional products
  • General office admin
  • Updating customer records
  • Updating systems
  • Updating and despatching customer documentation


This could be the perfect first job for someone leaving college or Uni, or a great career change for someone who has gained customer service exposure in a retail environment.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Moreton-InMarsh, Gloucestershire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
