Recipharm (formerly Bespak) are looking for a Key Account Handler to join our Customer Service team. This role is predominately based at our King's Lynn for a 12-month fixed term.

You will benefit from a competitive salary that includes a discretionary annual bonus, 28 days leave plus bank holidays, 8% company pension contribution to employees 3%, onsite parking and medical + dental insurance.


As a Key Account Handler at Recipharm you will join our customer service team and help develop existing customer relationships so that new business opportunities can be taken advantage of.

You will be managing day to day customers' orders from placement to despatch, in line with the customers' expectations, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction to both external and internal stakeholders.

As a Key Account Handler your duties will include:

  • Manage all day-to-day customer activity and contact
  • Input accurately and professionally customer purchase orders into SAP
  • Proactively track customer orders from purchase order through to despatch and invoice
  • Implement timely and "rightfirsttime" customer invoicing
  • Create and maintain customer profile information ensuring accurate records
  • Provide project input as required to ensure that the department's objectives are achieved

About You:

Key Account Handler key skills and experience:
  • Educated to 'GCSE' level (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience of working with PCs
  • Competent at influencing a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship building skills
