About This Role:
Your primary focus will be on managing and maintaining digital signage solutions, providing technical support, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
As a Retail Delivery Administrator specialising in digital signage, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our retail clients.
Goals/outlook of the position:
Become familiar with Aura's people, processes, and systems. Obtain a general understanding of key technology components. Develop an understanding of Aura measured CSAT and NPS metrics and how this role impacts these scores. This position will be reporting directly to the Head of Service and will be based in our Reading office.
Relevant Experience:
Proven leadership and team management skills. Experience with financial management and budgeting. Communicate and interact with internal employees, clients, and colleagues in a professional and timely manner. Self-starter capable of working independently and meeting deadlines. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, ensuring smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Familiarity with industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies in the Audio Visual and Digital Signage space. Track record of implementing and maintaining quality management practices in service delivery.
