Teamforce Labour have an opportunity for a Recruitment resourcer, who has a minimum of two years temporary recruitment experience to join our team, working alongside the Principle Recruitment resourcer.


Role:

  • Assisting in the resourcing and onboarding of workers
- requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client

  • Arranging and booking inductions and/or training activities
  • Vetting and reference checks on all operatives
  • CRM Knowledge
  • Ensuring that worker competencies are kept up to date
  • Enthusiastic and work well in a team
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Experience in construction recruitment
  • Superior time management skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Genuine interest in Construction
  • To be assertive, driven, charismatic and professional
