Art & Luxury Goods Legal PA in a welcoming and friendly environment

Salary - up to £42,000

Location - Cannon Street

Hybrid - 3 days in


Based in beautiful modern offices in the City, this firm offers an inclusive environment, a hardworking yet supportive team ethos and a clear structure for progression make this a truly unique Law firm that any Legal PA would want to work for.


After undergoing steady expansion throughout the course of last year across various departments due to increased workload, they are now looking to recruit in their Art & Luxury Goods team.


Having placed Legal PAs at this firm previously, I have it on good word that the fee earners are all approachable and likeable so if you are upbeat and enthusiastic then you'll fit in well.

Now for the role itself

This role is supporting an assortment of fee earners including a Partner.

If you've been working in a busy Private Client team at any level then I'd be keen to hear from you.

The firm are also open to other areas including Corporate, Litigation, Commercial,Real Estate; so long as you have good Legal PA skills you'll be fine

Please see below for a list of the duties involved:

  • Opening new files
  • Copying, scanning, archiving and storing original documents and updating databases
  • Drafting letters of engagement and work schedules
  • Onboarding new clients via Thirdfort app and liaising with compliance/risk team
  • Identify and collate KYC documents for new clients
  • Experience of using case management system (iManage/Filesite)
  • Scheduling meetings with clients, booking meeting rooms, conference and video calls (using Teams)
  • Liaising with other departments, following up on queries from fee earners
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Managing partner/fee earner's diaries and travel arrangements both in UK and abroad (flights/taxis/hotel accommodation)
  • Coordinate the billing process on behalf of the partner/fee earner, liaise with finance team in respect of any changes and instructions to finance team to finalise invoices; sending invoices out to clients
  • Outsourcing correspondence via digital dictation and proof reading before returning to fee earner.
  • Liaise with document production specialist in respect of preparation of any documents, formatting issues and ensuring document amendments are returned to fee earner and deadlines are met
  • Assisting fee earners with administrative tasks including expenses/IT issues
  • Updating the firm's client and contacts database and recording business development information on Interaction
  • Preparing court forms and trial bundles physical and electronic
  • Amending large contract documents
  • Drafting Wills, Letter of Wishes, LPAs and basic trust documents desirable but not a necessity
  • Arranging team functions (lunches, events)
