They are now seeking additional Associates with various levels of complaints experience, who will play a key part in helping to help drive client centric change within the business through solid reasoning and accurate complaint management.


This will include managing your own portfolio, with the aim to not only respond with a level of detail and quality that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations, but to address the root cause of the query, providing appropriate information to customeraccounts, whilst ensuring that any regulatory requirements are met.


Possessing excellent organisation and communication skills (verbal and written), coupled with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, your experience will have ideally been gained within a complaints or customer service environment, togetherwith proven interpersonal skills, a high attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in a environment that works to tight deadlines.
