Pertemps Work Based Learning is currently working with a great not-for-profit training provider who is rated by Ofsted as 'Outstanding', and 'Excellent' by apprenticeship employers,.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience working within Apprenticeship delivery and Teaching.
We are looking for an Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach on a remote basis, with some travel required for learner observation.

The Skills Coach will be delivering Levels 3 and 5 to individuals achieving their apprenticeship qualifications in L3 Teaching Assistantand L5 Learning and Skills Teaching.

Salary of up to £32,000
Remote Working, with some travel required for learner observation.
25 Days + Bank Holidays
Option for Flexible Working

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Teacher/ Apprenticeship Skills Coach

Deliver engaging learning programmes in order to support learners towards their Qualification in the Learning and Skills Teacher Apprenticeship or Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship
Use and develop a wide range of resources and techniques, tailored to learners' individual needs.
Observe and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification.
Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximise their potential.
Proactively monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
Visit and observe learners in their place of work to support and gather evidence

Skills, Experience and Qualifications for the Teacher Skills Coach

Vocational experience, ideally within Teaching, Learning, and Development, in Further or Higher education settings.
Teaching Qualification at level 5 is essential
Experience and knowledge of delivering training and coaching sessions to apprenticeship learners
Full UK Driving Licence, with access to own vehicle and a flexibility to travel.
