Pay Rate:
Administrator rate between £10-£13/hr - based on experience

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 7.5hrs per day. There is some flexibility on start/end time to be agreed with Manager


Role:
The role is administrative and would suit anyone with a Procurement, AP or compliance background


Main duties:

  • Responding to requests to add or amend supplier information from internal and external stakeholders/suppliers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collecting, updating, and maintaining supplier information in Mitie systems which involves checking supplier information and credentials for completeness and accuracy, ensuring they have the correct certifications and insurances in place to work for Mitie.
  • Reviewing supplier data to identify changes or gaps in information and work with suppliers and internal stakeholders, using internal/external data sources to obtain accurate, full, and up to date information.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve any issues and provide support, where required, to complete onboarding, information updates, or compliance actions.
  • Track and manage progress of supplier requests and updates through to completion. Coordinate approvals with internal teams as required.
  • Adhere to Mite policies and process
What we are looking for


We are looking for someone with experience of working with systems, completing data entry, communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders/suppliers, and providing excellent customer service.


  • IT literate with working knowledge of excel and word.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Precision in completing tasks with excellent attention to detail
  • Well organised, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage competing demands
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and own initiative. Desire to get involved hands on and deliver improvements against KPI targets
  • Willingness to undertake a wide range of procurement activities, develop skills and knowledge through both formal and informal learning routes.
