More About Your Role


In this role you will be working with the Executive team to lead and deliver new technology and innovation across Touchstone, and where relevant, the wider Places for People Group.

You will collaborate across group to ensure all work is aligned with grouptechnology and the innovation strategy


You will be leading on the rollout of Salesforce, managing this project to ensure that all stakeholders are consulted resulting in a system that makes our working practices more efficient and offers an effortless experience to colleagues, customers, andclients.

You will be responsible for managing a small team (2 direct reports) and will contribute to the development of colleagues within the wider team

More About You


To be successful in this role you will be and experienced systems engineer with proven ability to manage, innovate and drive change.

You will be a strong leader with presence and will have the ability to instil confidence in colleagues and clients.

You willhave strong working knowledge of Salesforce and experience in using this across functions.

The ability to acquire a detailed understanding of existing Touchstone systems, identifying requirements for development and improvement.

You will be able to build and maintain relationships at all levels within Touchstone and across the wider group andwill demonstrate an ability to listen to all stakeholders.
