We are currently working with a successful company who is recruiting for an Administrator to join their growing team. The Administrator will support the Sales and Customer Service Departments. This is a permanent role based in Dromore Co Down.
The Administrator will be flexible and will work within the team to support all areas.
The hours of work are: 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Your new role as an Administrator
- Ensuring customer orders are processed
- Communication with customers to give updates on orders
- Printing of documentation for sales and production
- Preparing weekly reports
- Corresponding with other departments to resolve queries
- Update internal accounting spreadsheets and databases
What you'll need to succeed as an Administrator
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Be flexible and adaptable as the role develops with time
- Attention to Detail and Good organisational skills
- The ability to work to deadlines
