Great temp to perm HR Advisor role based in Tilbruy, Essex- Exciting role to support the business through a ramp up/ busy period
About Our Client:
This initially interim HR Advisor role is to be based in Tilbury, Essex for a leading International Logistics Distribution and supply chain group with a supportive and experienced senior leadership team in place.
They are requiring an experienced HR professional to come in at no more than 1 weeks notice to add value to a busy period covering ER cases and supporting line managers.
Interim HR Advisor duties and responsibilities;- ER Case management
- Absence management
- Grievance policy management
- Support the HR Business partners
- ADHOC HR administration support
- Provide independent HR Advise to line managers
The Successful Applicant:
- The Interim HR Advisor will have a strong HR Advisory background ideally managing ER casework form start to finish
- The role requires the right individual to come in and hit the ground running, picking up trackers for long term illness, occupational health etc.
- You will not require Logistics Distribution and supply chain industry knowledge but a Strong generalist HR background is key
- Strong communication and great organisational skills
