We are currently assisting one of the leading global banks as they search for a thoughtful and experienced HR Employee Relations Specialist in a rare opportunity to join the HR Employee Relations team for a nine-month FTC.

Working to support your line of business on any ERrelated cases, providing a high level of expertise at all times
Coach line managers on the management of employee relations cases in line with the company HR policy
Assist with redundancy procedures in a thoughtful and considerate manner
Expertly guide all levels of employees on complex policy, process, and ER advice ranging from sickness absence to performance improvement.

This role is looking for someone with a strong background in complex business ER cases with the ability to work with a high volume of roles.

You as the Employee Relations Specialist will ideally come with previous experience working within a complex matrix organisation and have the ability to deal with highly sensitive cases with care.
