Yeomans Skoda Exeter & Bridgwater - Warranty Administrator

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Warranty Administrator to join our growing team at Yeomans Skoda.

Key Responsibilities:

Producing claims for work covered by Warranty by submission to the manufacturer
Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
Following up on warranty issues and answering Warranty related queries.

The ideal Warranty Administrator will have a previous working experience within a Warranty Administrator role or a strong Warranty Administration understanding, as well as good organisational and communication skills and an eye for detail.

Good interpersonal skills are key to your success in the role, as is your ability to work from your own initiative.
