Join the Sparshatt Truck and Van Team as a Trainee Service Advisor

Location:
Sittingbourne

Hours: 42.5 hours a week, working every other Saturday 8am -12pm


Salary:
starting at £11 per hour.

As our Trainee Service Advisor, you will be liaising with and updating customers, managing workshop loading, upselling our service offering, compiling estimates, building relationships and delivering a first-class service to our customers.

Requirements:


  • Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in office administration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in written, facetoface, and phone interactions.
  • Familiarity with general computer systems.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
