As a Sales Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the world of sales.

Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will learn the fundamentals of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and business development.


Duties:


  • Learn about the company's products, services, and sales techniques through training programs
  • Shadow experienced sales professionals to observe and learn effective sales strategies
  • Identify potential customers through face to face interactions
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to gain exposure to the sales process
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies

Skills:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and establish longterm relationships
  • Excellent problemsolving and negotiation skills
  • Selfmotivated with a strong drive for success

Salary:
From £24,858.40 per year
