Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills representative.
- Give best advice to clients at all times in a professional and enthusiastic manner including valuing the property where appropriate and negotiating best possible price for the client.
- Effectively market and promote properties for sale including offplan sales.
- Handle daily applicant enquiries from Reapit (software system), calls and visits and from main office ensuring accurate details are provided on the same day.
- Carry out viewings with prospective purchasers both in completed homes and on site.
- Follow sales through to exchange then completion using the Reapit (software system) system to produce standard letters and keep records up to date. Liaise with client and Sales Manager, providing progress reports as required.
- Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities in a proactive manner.
- Maintain records on Reapit (software system) uptodate on a daily basis, chasing applicants and archiving where necessary. Ensure client and Sales Manager receive feedback on reasons for not purchasing.
- Ensure thorough preparation of the sales centre by arriving early as required.
- Close liaison with the Sales Manager, reporting problems on site without delay, following reporting procedure as per briefing note and problem solving where required. Ensure good liaison with client at all times, keeping them updated on sales as required.
- Liaison with clients' build, legal and sales departments as required.
- Ensure meet and greet procedure followed as per training programme.
- When taking reservations, follow sales procedure as detailed in briefing note.
- Maintain an awareness of competing schemes in area and trends in the local property market.
- Maintain accurate sales brochures, price lists, specification lists and displays.
- Follow health and safety and compliance procedures at all times.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to influence.
- Able to quickly build rapport and longstanding relationships.
- Team player.
- Good presentation.
- Experience with new homes, on site sales, estate agency, property is strongly preferable. Applicable sales or customer service background may be considered on an individual basis.
- Must be comfortable with lone working.
