Sales team leader

Central Manchester or Stockport based.

We are currently on the hunt for a Sales team leader to empower, motivate and lead a sales team in order for them to achieve the goals.

About you

The successful Sales team leader will be leading a high performing team of secured loan agents
You will have a solid understanding of sales methodologies to be able to coach & develop your team.
You will need a commercial mindset, balancing outcomes to suit customers, dealers & commercial partners, generating win wins.
We are looking for a positive influence in the sales leadership team celebrating the wins of others.

As a Sales team leader, you will work 40hours per week on a flexible shift basis, this will include evenings and weekends as dictated by the needs of the business.
