Admin Support Officer - Kilmarnock, United Kingdom - NHS Scotland
Description
Duties will include the provision of a high quality comprehensive administrative service ensuring the effective and efficient running of the Department, whilst working under pressure with competing demands.
You will be the first point of contact for the Estates Maintenance Helpdesk, responsible for appropriately assigning requests, processing remote calls logged via the electronic system from various departments and via the helpdesk telephone enquiry line.
You should possess SVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent qualification or experience, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
A level of understanding, a calm nature, excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team or on your own initiative is desirable.
Week - Monday and Wednesday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 9am - 4.30pmWeek - Monday and Wednesday 8.00am - 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am - 2.00pm
