Reach Recruitment are proud to announce that we are currently recruiting
Customer Service Advisors for a leading Insurance claims company within the City of Hull.

The company are experiencing massive growth at present and the role is to join a successful and driven Customer Service team within the business.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver an excellent and personal service while ensuring that service level agreements and targets are met on an individual and team basis.

You will be responsible for the deployment, management, and progression of all motor claims, to ensure the customer is aware at every stage of their vehicle being repaired.


Working Hours:


  • Monday to Friday 8.30am 5pm
OR

  • Monday to Friday 9am 5.30pm (1 in 4 Saturdays

Responsibilities:


  • To adhere to up to date SLA's
  • To consistently hit KPI's and ensure repairers adhere to the company standards
  • Be accurate in the process, deployment, and reallocation of claims notifications to repairers
  • Confirm that hire sheets are recorded and updated correctly to ensure costs are kept to a minimum
  • Investigate queries and provide feedback to the company and clients
  • Progress any claims within the company's bespoke software and ensure all claims are actioned within your KPI's
  • Manage the day to day performance of various Bodyshop's around the country
  • Liaise with designated NPA and any other departments to seek assistance
  • Ensure that data is maintained and kept fully updated with the most current information
  • To promote our business and that of our clients by always providing excellent service

  • Ability to work to agreed KPI's and SLA's
  • Able to work to a high standard both within part of a team and on your own
  • Good decision maker and problem solver
  • Competent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
