We are excited to be recruiting an Early Help Support Coordinator to lead on providing advice, information, guidance, and signposting to families via our family information support Hubs (FISH).

FISH provide an access point for parents/carers to drop in and gain support on a range of topics including child development, relationships, benefits and housing.

As a champion of effective early help, you will also provide information and guidance to professionals across the children's workforce.

This will include leading on promoting local services, supporting with the completion of assessment tools / creation of SMART family plans, promoting whole family work and the role of the lead professional, and coordinating and chairing Team Around the Family meetings (TAF).

The Early Help Support Coordinator role is varied and supports with the embedding of the Early Help processes and local services, with the aim to reduce the need of involvement from targeted and specialist services.

We are proud of to serve the diverse communities of Merton and want our workforce to reflect this diversity, which we believe is beneficial for employees, the organisation and the communities we serve.

If you are passionate about improving outcomes for children and families and have knowledge and experience of Early Help support and services, we would love to hear from you.
