About the Role
- We have an exciting apprenticeship position based from Culdrose, Cornwall to assist in servicing and repair of Aircrew Training simulation equipment and it's support infrastructure to meet in service contractual requirements.
- You'll be learning a wide variety of skills such as computer repairs, heating and ventilation, air con servicing and repairs, aircraft simulator training device servicing.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
- An interest in mechanical and electrical equipment
- Good PC skills with an ability to use Word and Excel
- A keen interest in aviation and a basic understanding of Helicopters
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to gain a Technical College qualification.
- 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or equivalent including English, Mathematics, Design and Technology
