Permanent, Full Time, 37 Hours Per Week
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Member and Civic Support Unit in Democratic Services.


We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic and committed individuals to join the team located at Rotherham Town Hall 'the Borough's Civic building'.


This is a very busy team which directly supports the Mayor of Rotherham to carry out their civic role and responsible for the day to day operations of the civic building where civic events are held and where the Council also holds all its key decision making meetings in public.


The role involves assisting with the operation and supervision of Rotherham Town Hall and working with the Mayor of Rotherham to ensure they receive the precedence to which they are entitled to as First Citizen of the Borough, including Mace Bearer duties.


You will need to have a full clean UK driving licence in order to carry out chauffeuring duties and need to be flexible and participate where required in providing service delivery outside core operating hours.
