Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate scheduling and appointments for meetings and project deadlines.
  • Assist with maintaining organized filing systems for important documents and records.
  • Aid in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Perform general office tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the office.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of the film and television industry is desirable but not required.
  • Must be dependable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
