This role represents a great opportunity to join our Technical Connection department as a Technical Connection Adviser.

Working as part of a team of 20, you'll provide our SJP Partnership of financial advisers with high quality support regarding Tax, Trusts, Protection and Investments.


You may be a financial adviser or paraplanner early in your career and looking to further develop your experience within a leading, reputable FTSE100 financial services organisation.


What you'll be doing:


  • You'll provide technical support to the Partnership regarding Tax, Trusts, Protection and Investments.
  • Support the SJP Partnership (financial advisers) with the Investments Advice Guidance Framework.
  • Support the delivery of core service as required by the operation within agreed service levels.
  • You'll take personal responsibility for improving own technical knowledge, SJP product/process/system knowledge as well as service skills.
  • You'll takes responsibility for achieving the quality assurance targets set within the requirements of the QA framework in place.

  • Good knowledge of all products/services/systems offered through completion of internal accreditation licences.
